When you open the app for the first time after installing it, you will see a registration screen.
If your Tracker ID has not already previously been registered, you will need to perform the following steps:
- Send our support team your Tracker ID. You can press and hold the Tracker ID to copy it to your phone's 'clipboard' to paste it into an email.
- Once our support team has confirmed this, then you can then tap REGISTER (as shown below). You'll need a wifi or mobile internet connection at the time you do this.
You should then be able to activate Smart24.
If your device's Tracker ID is already registered on our monitoring platform, you can simply select REGISTER and you should automatically access the app.
