When you open the app for the first time after installing it, you will see a registration screen.
If your Tracker ID has not already previously been registered, you will need to perform the following steps:
- Request that your company's Grid Administrator sends you an access code. The Grid administrator will need to register you on their platform using your email.
- Once your Grid Administrator has activated your app from the platform, you will then receive an access code in your email inbox. You will need to enter your email address and access code on the Smart24 registration screen.
You should then be able to activate Smart24 by tapping Register.
