User details on the Grid can be edited through the User tab, found on the Main Toolbar on the left-hand side of the Main Grid screen. In order to edit a User, you must be either a Customer Admin or a Device Group Admin.
- To find the user you want to edit, scroll through the list of Users within the User screen or type the name of the User into the Search bar at the top of the screen.
- Next to the Users name, click Edit to make changes to that individual user.
- First and Last Name, Email and SMS Notifications, Permissions and Groups can be changed from this screen.
- Select Add new role to add a new groups and a set of permissions to the chosen user.
- Click Save to confirm your changes.
