To add an incident, under Incidents - Add Incident fill out the Add Incident menu with the Date, Location, Categories, Details before clicking 'Add'.
Location must be in decimal Latitude and Longitude (example 29.25404, 38.45868) or MGRS format (example 38R KR 92996 86127).
You can attach files to the incidents to download from the incident search.
To autofill the location, right-click on the map and click add new Incident. The Add Incident menu will open with the location filled for the point you clicked on.
Incidents can be uploaded via spreadsheet(either .csv, .xls or .xslx). To upload, go to Incidents - Add Incident, then add the file under Import Incident before clicking Import.
Structuring the data
To upload you need to have the columns with the following column titles filled:
INCIDENT_DATE The date of the incident.
INCIDENT_CATEGORY The incident category.
INCIDENT_SUBCATEGORY The incident Subcategory
DETAILS Any relevant additional details about the incident.
Then choose the relevant of the following, both Latitude and Longitude, UTM or MGRS. You must have geocodes for the incidents to upload.
You can add additional fields to the data, using the following column titles.
INFO_SOURCE Set a source for the upload if you upload from multiple sources.
TARGET List the target for the attack.
Killed The number of people killed in the attack.
Wounded The number of people wounded in the attack.
