Check in is a feature that allows you to manually share your location with your monitoring team.
Talk to your monitoring team about when, where and how often they expect you to check in. They may have a specific check in policy they expect you to follow.
Depending on your travel, a check in policy might include checking in when you reach a destination such as your hotel or your airport, or checking in every two hours.
You can check in by tapping the following icon on the Smart24 home screen:
When you tap on the check in icon, you will be given the opportunity to check in or 'check in with message'.
When you check in with message, you can attach a message to your check in which your monitoring team will be able to see. This can be helpful if you need to give them some further context, or send some instructions to them.
